ICY team have over 30 years combined experience working with young people.
Staff are from various backgrounds, both personal and professional,
enabling us to deal with all areas of youth work. We are flexible in our
approach and all our work is young person centred.

about safety?
We
put a lot of time and effort into our risk assessment and safety
management plans. All the senior management staff are trained in Off Site
Safety Management and all freelance staff receive a full and thorough
induction on our safety procedures before commencing any work with young
people.
All
our staff undergo CRB checks.
Can
you guarantee the quality of provision?
Yes,
we have a strict recruitment policy and training programme for all of our
staff. All our programmes are overseen by our qualified Youth Worker in
order to maintain the best practice possible. All work undertaken is
reviewed regularly.

We
are a small independent company with the ethos of providing the best we
can to the young people of Wales.
We
do not have large overheads such as a head office or countless staff,
therefore the savings we make result in a combination of fair prices
for our customers and more money available to put back into the
